The plastic hollow plate made of modern chemical HDPE and HDPP material (also known as hollow partition board, Wantong board, double wall panel, corrugated board) is a new material with light weight (hollow structure), anti-aging, waterproof, shockproof, non-toxic, pollution-free, corrosion resistant and rich color. Compared with paperboard structure products, it has the advantages of lightness, moisture-proof and anti-corrosion, and can replace paperboard. Compared with injection molded products, hollow plate has the advantages of shockproof, flexible structure design and no mold opening. By adding antistatic and conductive masterbatch to flexibly control the raw materials, the plastic hollow plate with antistatic and conductive functions can be produced, and its surface resistivity can be controlled between 103 ~ 1011.
Plastic hollow plate has the characteristics of non-toxic, tasteless, moisture-proof, corrosion-resistant, light weight, bright color and purity.
There are more than 2-12mm thick and 2300mm wide (see equipment door width), turnover box, folding box, knife card, tray, etc. According to customer requirements, we can make various specifications, different styles, anti-static and conductive products. Hollow plate is a new structural material formed by extrusion of polypropylene raw materials. It has the characteristics of light weight, high hardness, non-toxic and tasteless, beautiful, pressure resistance, moisture-proof, flat appearance and oil resistance. The material is stable and not easy to aging. It is a good alternative packaging material in the new century.

There are many kinds of hollow plate structures. The following briefly introduces several common structures.
1. Honeycomb structure. There are also double-layer honeycomb plates in the market. Their comprehensive properties such as compressive strength and flexural strength are superior, and will become the mainstream plate.
Both lining and outer box can be used.
For lining: the gram weight is less than 1200g, and the thickness is generally less than 5mm, which is commonly used;
For large plastic sealed box: weight 3000 ~ 3500g, thickness more than 10mm (about 12mm).
2. H-shaped structure, there are also curved "H-shaped structure" in the market, which is more like "s". At present, the most common plate in the market is H-shaped structure, which is mainly used for lining and small hollow plate box. Generally, the gram weight is 300 ~ 1800g and the thickness is between 2 ~ 7mm (the gram weight and thickness are selected according to the actual design needs).
3. M-type structure, there is also "double M-type" (similar to the Chinese character "m"), which is an outer box structure with a thickness of more than 10mm (about 12mm) and a gram weight of about 3000g.
4. X-type structure, which is mostly used for outer boxes, with a gram weight of about 3000g and a thickness of more than 10mm (about 12mm).
