What problems should be paid attention to in the transportation of plastic turnover boxes

With the development of the plastic industry, the plastic turnover box has become an important link in the transportation of goods. However, the plastic turnover box needs to pay attention to five matters in the transportation. Then, what are the five matters needing attention?
1. It shall comply with the requirements for stowage of turnover boxes. For example, the quantity and weight of each plastic turnover box loaded in the same batch must be the same, not more or less. Different consignees and different goods cannot be mixed on one turnover box. The plane of the turnover box shall be fully loaded with goods, the yards shall be placed flush, the four sides shall be placed horizontally, the four corners shall be 90 degrees, and the top shall be horizontal. In addition to the head mark on the original package, the gross weight, port of destination, number of pieces and number marks of the goods in the turnover box shall be painted on both sides of the forklift arm of the turnover box. The cargo weight of each plastic turnover box shall not exceed the specified gross weight.
2. The freight of the turnover box goods shall be calculated and charged according to the gross weight and volume of the turnover box after loading minus the weight and height of the turnover box, that is, the freight of the turnover box itself shall be exempted.
3. There are certain restrictions on the range of goods loaded in plastic turnover boxes, and not all goods can be transported in turnover boxes. The goods suitable for transportation in turnover boxes are limited to package miscellaneous goods. Bulk, overweight, overlong or refrigerated goods cannot be transported as turnover boxes. Two kinds of dangerous goods with different performance cannot be loaded on the same turnover box as a turnover box.
4. Each plastic turnover container must be firmly bound, with sufficient strength and stable balance, which can not only withstand general marine risks, loading and unloading operations and movement, but also bear certain pressure on it.
5. When the goods are transported in plastic turnover boxes, the words "turnover box transportation" must be marked on all transport documents.
